Day 41 - Cayucos

It's always comforting to see the Pacific again. The thing in the foreground is actually a reservoir. The Pacific is that glimmer on the horizon.

Decidedly not the desert anymore! The towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay sprawl up the Pacific Coast.

Russ takes time to refresh the rules of Sheltic beach ball with Emma Brown Sock. Emma just wants him to get on with it.

An intensive (and surely expensive) effort has begun to refurbish the historic pier at Cayucos.
