Day 40 - Teacup, Sugarloaf and off-map trails

The run-in to Sugarloaf is lined with prickly pears.

This is what the black helicopters didn't want us to find on today's unmarked trail. It appears the be a navigation beacon for Project Cadastral, which explains the fact that cell phone reception goes dead when you get with about 5 meters of this thing.
