Day 32 - Baldwin

The run-in to Baldwin is: follow the power lines.

Ocotillos and pricklies intermingle.

The Scout ponders the slickrock.

The granduer of the red rocks - it's like they're watching over every move we make. We believe they're getting special spy bonuses from the black helicopters. Perhaps they can burn throught the anti fleer spray??

The Baldwin Escarpment.

The Renewed Topographics - woodpecker.

Late light makes the forest sparkle.

The Vortexes like to create these little balls of grass to confuse tourists. Many of them take these trophies home as souvenirs and turn them into jewelry.

Truck waits patiently at the end of the slickrock for our return, as usual, right at dusk.
