Day 36 - Thanksgiving Lay Day

Many sights and venues are closed today - the trails that are open are likely over run. So why not just bake apple pie and enjoy our immediate surrounds? Honey crisp apples of course.

Russ tackles the salsa verde prep.

........ in addition to his role of master fire builder. It was late afternoon coffee and pie at the outdoor fireplace in our amazing "bird garden".

Later - on to the cheese course.
