Day 4 - Bend

Woo hoo. Bend has a morning surprise for us. It is April Fool's Day after all.

The view from our front window - it's a Winter wonderland!

As usual in Bend - by afternoon - just a small sfiff left in the shade.

The Benders are trying out their all-new snow hazard for golf. Hit yer ball in there, and it's a wait-till-next-summer penalty.

This small stand of poplars along the golf course trail is watching every move you make. Do not drop your guard for even a second.

They are everywhere.

The Benders are always looking for time-saving automation. This experimental Robo-Fisher aims to take the pain and frustration out of fly fishing. Just fire up Robo-Fisher, and crack a beer. Show up back home with a basket full of trout. You are a hero!!
