Day 11 - Shevlin Fishin' Pond

The Deschutes River in flood goes right through our backyard. Meanwhile, we enjoy morning coffee.

The Original Inspiration for Giverny. Over in France, the landscape architect talked Claude Monet into water lilies instead of Ponderosa Pines. He didn't like the idea, but went ahead with it anyways, so as not to anger the sensitive landscape guys who always know better.

The Alien Caterpillar Commune is taking shape. It is not clear what they are building.

Renewed topographics - Shevlin style. Got to like how it almost blends to the background trees.
