In Depoe Bay they've discovered a new leisure activity - "people crabbing". We're not sure what this actually entails, and it could be dangerous to speculate, but it apperars popular enough that recreation therapists across the continent should immediately add it to their activity inventories. It would indeed be a terrible oversight to ignore this one.

At the Depoe Bay US Coast Guard Station they refer to themselves as the "Hole in the Wall Gang". The way it looks they really do have a bonafide hole in their wall.
We get awesomely lucky on our travels... as we were idly walking past the USCG station, Mike, one of the cutter's crew walked up and offered to take us aboard. Russ looks pretty comfy in the control chair - Mike's watching him pretty closely - which is a really good idea.
Gale force sheltie.

Wendy stumbling upon the Big X in the sand at Nye beach used to indicate the next alien landing site. Like we wouldn't notice after what happened in Trinidad.
