The rush to the coast is on! Highway 18 to the big inner cities is a solid snake of cars by 1:30 Friday on Columbus Day long weekend. And that's with a forecast of 100% chance of rain and 50 MPH winds at the coast on Sat and Sun. Hate to see it on a nice weekend.
