Day 39 - South Bend, Potlatch State Park, Port Townsend, Coupeville, Deception Pass, Surrey, Vancouver

They're all wrapped up in pink in South Bend - for breast cancer awareness month.

Chen took over this good 'ol classic property in South Bend a couple years back - it used to feature the "Shell Room". Now you can sleep, eat Chinese style, or get breakfast from 7 - 11. Diversity in business is the key these days.

Not to be outdone by Idaho, Washington State has posted a 470 page "Regulations Governing The Public Use of Washington State Parks", in their state parks. Not even lawyers will read this one.

Emma's last chance for a game of stick this trip - right alongside the Hood Canal at Potlatch State Park.

World Famous Kormorant Piling in Port Townsend. What would photography be without pictures of pilings?

Sound collision. Ramming speed, Mr Sulu.

Effigies used to demoralize the visiting football team at Coupeville High.

EEEeeeeyagh!!! That mutant Cincinnati Bengal mascot just took out our birthday clown!

Wendy is happy to get over Deception Pass and leave the mayhem that is Coupeville behind.

Welcome home to the gates of H. Isn't Vancouver wonderful?

Someone took our poor little zoom zoom mazda and parked a volkswagen in our garage!! They're infiltrating as far as the great white north now. Beware and lock up your domestic models for sure - the long term conspiracy involves replacing all cars in North America with 60's original swinging hipster vans. We saw'em awaiting a little fix up in scrap yards all over the coast. Watch out - they're sneaky.
