The day at the beach is quickly used up reading all of the admonishments against stuff not to do: "Hazardous Swimming, Avoid Logs In or Near Surf, No Driving In or Near Surf (yep, 'Driving'... I thought they misspelled 'Diving', until we got down to the sand), No Overnight Camping, No Fires in Dunes or Driftwood, No Parking Here to Beach...." I probably need to take notes here...
