A new playground backed by recently inhabited apartment towers, created an interesting opportunity to play with visual space and alignment of elements. Both recent developments are located along Willingdon Road, a busy noisy main street in Burnaby.  The playground is located right alongside of the road. The buildings benefit from a much greater setback.
