The Little Mountain Site boasts enormous green space areas, including playgrounds and lots of open areas to kick a soccer ball around. Perhaps with increasing population pressure we can no longer afford the luxury of this kind of space on lands deemed for housing? Queen Elizabeth Park, one of Vancouver’s most famous large public parks - with even more green space, public sports areas and gardens – is right across the street from the site.
