Male figures, eyes blindfolded, painted onto a small piece of plywood on a boarded up door window. This is the access to one of the larger up/down style units with private ground level access up a couple stairs. A problem with all of the existing units at Little Mountain is none are accessible for people with physical mobility problems – a sub population in need of social housing. I guess we have moved forward on some counts – when these units were planned in 1946 there was no conception of folks with significant disabilities living in the community.
