I believe this is one of the darkest pieces in the series. The building weathered and worn, still standing after an unusually harsh for Vancouver winter, but clearly beyond any chance for repair or habitation. Wild Spring storm clouds boil up in the distance, and I found yet another merge for my favourite words “looking in from the outside”. Here only “the outside” is revealed against the building exterior.
