This is another example of my play with double negative printing. Both photographs for this print were made at Fort Casey State Park on Whidbey Island, Washington State. The park features an old army artillery post, a mass of concrete partly buried in the sloping hillside. Initially built as part of a defensive system to guard the entrance to Puget Sound, the structures’ long dark corridors, tiny rooms, stairways and dripping walls now is an interesting spot to explore.
