The Washington State Ferry run between Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula and Keystone on Whidbey Island used to be served by the Klickitat, a vessel originally built in the '40's to serve Sausalito in San Francisco Bay. This picture was made in the last year or so of the Kickitat's faithful service - I still miss her.
