A double negative print featuring the peaked roof line of a neighbours’ home, and the cracking and peeling paint on the wall of an old garage in our back lane. I felt the combination of negatives evoked the feeling of the passage of time and sentiments of nostalgia. Vancouver as a city is particularly guilty of not preserving her architectural cultural heritage.
