Day 18 - Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona

Welcome!! Cottonwood boasts Ledbetter's Law, Kactus Kate's boozerama, and a place to park. All the comforts of home.

Views over red rock country from Jerome. Those pesky thundershowers persist!

Hotel built to house miners in Jerome, c 1912 and open for 20 years. From this perspective it's darned impressive and looks like a spot you may want to spend a night or two. On closer inspection it's definitely missing a few parts.

Jerome has lots of scary mineshafts to fall down, abandoned hotels and plenty of parking.

This tree is growing through the floorboards - and has a view.

Yep. You only need to stop if you enjoyed this museum.

Great late afternoon views from the deck of the Pink Cafe.

The coffee shop at the end of the universe.

Wendy carefully photographs the pink boar next to the pink jeeps and the pink cafe.

Yup, it's the Sedona Matterhorn and what Sedona does best - trinket shops until you flop.
