Day 32 - Monte Rio, Blind Beach, Guerneville

It was the Monte Rio School

It is high tide at Blind Beach. Very high tide, including the storm surge from last night.

We are kept very busy avoiding the surf.

Sheltie playing fetch the stick.

Neolithic surfer camp.

World-famous folded rock.

We found shelter under a rocky outcrop to dodge one squall, but we'd better make tracks as another is immenent.

This jellyfish ended our beach walk. A split second after this exposure, a rogue wave soaked me to the waist.

Everything you need, only one way to go.

Guerneville good eats.

A beauty of an old bank - currently under lock and key - we could only peer through the windows.
