A day free in Moab. Time to explore, rest up and not drive too much. Headed up a lesser known canyon road just south of Moab in the morning and spent time in the Moon Flower Canyon - beautiful and shady as well! Came back to town for afternoon coffee and a relax, then headed up to Dead Horse State Park (yes, that's really what it's called) for late afternoon and early evening - spectacular canyon overviews. Tonight's dinner at the Desert Cafe more than made up for last night's fiasco.
