No trip is complete without a stop at Astoria Coffee at the east edge of Astoria, Oregon - regardless of the state of the sidewalk. We stop by at least once every year and stock up on coffee, tea, spices, hot chocolate and random findings. Ask for the "strangest coffee in the store" - you will be surprised at what's lurking in the back. We also pick up pounds and pounds of "Working Girl" blend for our fellow addicts back home - in exchange for more coffee when our they are in Astoria - the port is a convenient call on the Holland America 3 day cruise out of Vancouver.
