The town of Cannon Beach is situated near the confluence of the Ecola River and the Pacific Ocean on the amazing Oregon Coast. The mix of fresh and salt water at the turn of the tides creates a changing pattern of beach pools, rushing streams and sculpted sandbanks and an easy food source for bird life. Cannon View was photographed at the turn of a sunset tide using Kodak HIE infra red film..
