A group of tourists have their hands full trying to control a large kite, driven by strong ocean winds at Cannon Beach. There’s even a photographer amongst the group – trying to capture all the action!! Kite flying is always a popular activity along the Oregon Coast – with wide ocean beaches that are largely unpopulated in the off seasons. Kite shops full of wonderful colourful designs, for all ages and abilities can be found in most coastal towns – so there’s no excuse to not give it a try. Just get one that won’t take you for a ride!
