Chasing Light Stranger and Beyond at Troy University, Alabama, September 2007

We were delighted to be invited to Troy, Alabama to present our work "Chasing Light Stranger" to Troy University's Department of Art and Design. We were invited to spend a week at the University to give guest lectures. Originally, we had planned just to fly down for the week, but after some reflection, we decided to turn the trip into an adventure - The Drive Across America.

Our thanks to Troy University, particularly Department of Art and Design head professor Jerry Johnson, professor of photography Bob Joslin and professor Greg Skaggs for their kindness and hospitality, and the staff of the Malone Gallery for sequencing and hanging our work so well.

The gallery team designed this cool rail system with plexiglas to hold our prints.

Professor Greg Skaggs, who really took care of us during our visit.
